Viruses’ threats

There are different types of viruses that can affect your computer. File virus, boot sector virus, macro virus and virus hoax. These all have different ways to mess up your computer, file virus sets its self in to a category and usually in a program file where it can hack into different places. A boot sector virus infects floppy and hard drives and will load before the operating system. The macro virus is a new type of virus unlike the other viruses they don’t affect your programs just your documents so if you notice any gone missing then it will be this type. Last of all the viruses is the hoax virus, this virus does not exist even though there are rumours about this virus it has no existence. Although they do find different types of viruses each year, the first PC virus was a boot sector virus called ©Brain, created in 1986 by two brothers, Basit and Amjad Farooq Alvi, operating out of Lahore Pakistan
